Ingredients
- 4 to 5 pounds of broccoli, cut into large florets
- 5 Tbs olive oil
- Salt & Pepper (Or Lemon Pepper)
- 4 garlic cloves (Or more), minced
- 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese
- 1 lemon (optional, def not if you have lemon pepper already)
Method
- You preheat the oven to 425.
- Put the broccoli on a cookie sheet. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Now add garlic and Parmesan cheese and toss them in too. (Zest a lemon over the broccoli, squeeze the lemon juice over the broccoli.)
- Roast in the oven 20 to 25 minutes, until “crisp-tender and the tips of some of the florets are browned.”
