Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

  • 5-6 roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped (red is preferred, but others can be used)
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Serrano or Jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Combine
  2. Let sit for at least an hour, preferable overnight
  3. Enjoy!
